Engine: No 400 Blocks. May use after market with a maximum Chev 4.060 with a Max stroke of 3.50. Numbers must be clear for identification. [Chev 23 Degree only] 602 legal Chev Crates allowed [Same rule as Pro Late Model]. No restrictor plate required on Crate Engine.
365 Cubic Inch maximum with cast iron heads. Restrictor plate required for both alcohol and gas engines.
During cubic inch inspection, driver will be required to remove rock on cylinder to be inspected and engine must spin over freely when being pumped.
No aluminum heads or blocks, roller cam, or magnetos.
May use screw in studs, stud girdle, roller rockers, aluminum intake, and after market exhaust.
Roller Rockers must be 3/8 or 7/16 standard rocker studs on GM engines.
Restrictor Plate required with 1 inch thick Moroso Spacer # 64930 or # 64940, or a spacer of equal design, on all cars, regardless of their finish. Equal design means 1 inch thick with holes equal in size top to bottom. No trick spacers, such as funnel designs, etc.
$10 deposit required on track furnished plates number’s 1 thru 150. $25 deposit on plates 151 thru 200, refundable at any time if driver wishes to return it.
Top 5 finishers of feature are subject to full inspection, including go/no go gauge. All other finishers will be checked at random.
May use 2 barrel with no restrictor. Restrictor may be required later.
(No tear downs on Crate engines that are factory sealed) Track has option of swapping crate engine for crate engine to have tore down to check for legality. Crate rebuilds must have GM parts.
ANYONE CAUGHT CHEATING WILL BE BARRED FROM SRS AND TURNED INTO UMP
Starter may be stock or after market and may relocated. May use stock or front belt driven fuel pump.
Claim: $3225-- $3200 to owner-- $25 to wrecker Claimed driver may swap.
Any driver who refuses to sell, swap, or disobey teardown rules, will lose all money for said event and lose all season points for year. Also barred 1 year from date of infraction and fined $500
TRANSMISSION: Same as UMP, EXCEPT, No belt driver equipment out of bell housing.
Bodies: Same as UMP.
Tires: A-Hoosier-may sipe, NO SOFTENING OF TIRES- Beadlocks allowed 4 wheels.
A.= Top 4 cars are subject to engine check and inspection after finish of feature and 1 random car.
B. [Driver Only] may put up $250 to have any driver’s engine inspected [Head Removed] for cubic inch check including roller cam and lifters plus restrictor plate. $ 100 to remove intake for cam inspection including restrictor plate. $20 to have restrictor checked. Driver putting up the money, may be with SRS inspector during the time of inspection.
C. If car is legal, said car will get the money. If car is illegal, then said car will be disqualified and protesting driver will get his money back.
D. Any driver caught cheating, such as roller cam, will lose all money for said event and all season points to date.
E. Emod cars may remove restrictor plate to run in Modified class for special events. These cars will receive 10 towards their class for attending specials.
